Basic hotel with all comfort needed for a stay in Geneva. Nice staff, room big enough and clean, excellent location beside Jet d'eau at walking distance to all major tourist places and connected to public transport, good and large breakfast selection. Last and not least, excellent value for money.

Very good location, kind staff, limited but quality breakfast selections. Close to all city attractions. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Migros just around the corner. Lake side is about 100 meters on foot.

I offered four stars for the staff, which are really nice, but unfortunately, the hotel does not offer wi-fi in the rooms, it doesn’t work at all, only if you go outside, on the balcony to reach signal. Besides that, it s really perfect situated, nice to Pizzeria da Paulo, you can walk in the center really fast.

Our room is small and dark. Room keys only work about 50% of the time, despite several complaints. The in-room safe doesn't work at all. There's only a hand shower in the tub, which is slippery but the hotel advised us there are no rubber bath mats. There are no safety rails in the tub. This morning there is no hot water. The hair dryer looks like it is from 1970. Really a terrible hotel. We will never stay here again

A fine place to stay. Nothing special. Breakfast was extra so we did not get it. No coffee or kettle in the room. Refrig with minibar. Nice bathtub. They held our luggage for us all day. We didn't have hot water for a bit but they got it working again
